In 2016, Animesh moved to New Zealand to pursue his MBA with a focus in operation and strategic management. Prior to that he had built his career in the software industry after graduating as an Engineer.
After retraining and graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Ben spent 5 years carrying out forensic investigations into a wide variety of large and small scale structures, and working in a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, and heritage.
Benjamin graduated from an M.Sc Fire Safety Engineering at the University of Ulster (Northern Ireland) in 2013 and has now acquired over 5 years experience across a variety of projects such as Industrial Plants, Expert Witness Support, and Tall Buildings.
Danielle joined the team in the beginning of 2019. When Danielle started at Kaizon she wasn’t sure what she wanted to do career wise, but since working here it has opened her eyes to a lot of career opportunities that Danielle hadn’t previously considered.
Hannah joined our team in 2017 as office administrator, she keeps busy with a wide range of administrative tasks including finance, administration, and resourcing. Hannah enjoys her role in the business and has now started studying for her Bachelor of Business (Accountancy).
Jon has over fourteen years of experience in the design, investigation, and construction contract administration of building enclosure and façade systems for major commercial, healthcare, educational, and residential buildings.
Matt’s career includes 25 years within the building and construction industry and has held significant management and leadership roles over this period for a number of large multi-national organisations.
Sylvester has provided high level of quantity surveying services for a substantial number of commercial, residential and industrial facility projects for clients both in New Zealand and in the Pacific Islands.
